Meet Dr. Andrew Heath

Father, dentist, and friend!

A fun singing dentist that makes you forget you’re at the dentist? That’s Dr. Heath.

After years of moving around for training and education, Dr. Heath and his family settled down in McKinney, TX where he opened Melissa Pediatric Dentistry. He’s a father of two rambunctiously wonderful girls, Caroline and Kate, a husband to Elizabeth (an orthodontist), and a dog dad to Molly and Scotch.

Dr. Heath’s career path has been anything but conventional. He evolved from an aspiring professor, barista, and cardiac support specialist to a dentist for children and patients with medically complex conditions and special needs.

Dr. Heath is a pediatric dentist proudly certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry — an achievement attained by only 38% of pediatric dentists. His passion lies in creating a positive dental journey for kids and their families, blending top-notch dentistry with a sprinkle of fun. Dr. Heath is on a mission to make dental visits enjoyable and stress-free. While he is board-certified, the highest distinction among children’s dentists, his focus remains on delivering exceptional care to young smiles.
